Osteopathy is a form of “hands on” manual therapy used to treat a variety of musculo-skeletal conditions, while also considering the lymphatic and circulatory systems. Osteopaths take a holistic approach, focusing on total body health, treating the body as a whole, rather than looking only at the area of pain or dysfunction.

Osteopaths treat using a wide range of techniques such as deep tissue massage, gentle joint manipulation, muscle energy techniques and myofacial release. Some conditions that you may see an osteopath for include postural pain, neck pain, back pain, sporting injury, headache, jaw pain, pregnancy related pain, sciatica, or tennis elbow.
