If your body feels out of balance, and you just don’t feel like you are working at optimal health, Shirley is able to help you with any health condition you may have.
Shirley’s love for the human body and problem solving makes her the perfect choice for unusual or hard to treat conditions. No problem is too big or too small for Shirley.

Some conditions that Shirley treats often include but are not limited to:

  • Digestive complaints
  • Poor energy
  • Stress, anxiety, depression
  • Pain
  • Menstrual irregularities, fertility, menopause
  • Skin conditions and allergies
  • Poor immunity and chronic coughs
  • Cancer support

Shirley is a very strong believer that real health care is about empowering her patients through personal health awareness, so they can make the best decisions for their own wellbeing.
Shirley encourages a preventative and natural approach to healthcare wherever possible, however she understands and respects the role of western medicine in our modern healthcare paradigm and welcomes the chance to work in collaboration with your doctor or other allied health practitioner for an all-rounded approach to your wellbeing.

With Shirley you will experience down to earth warmth and care when you book in for a treatment. She takes the time to listen to your story and creates a treatment plan specifically tailored to you, taking into account your budget, time restraints and any other factors that may be important to you.
Outside of practicing Shirley is kept on her toes by her young son, but always makes space for down-time; she loves yoga, drinking all types of tea, cooking up feasts or going for walks with her border-collie/cocker spaniel cross.

If there is anything that you would like to ask Shirley, she welcomes you to contact her directly via email.
