Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that utilises the natural states of trance that occur in our brains. These states of trance occur during the Theta and Alpha brainwaves, which your mind naturally drifts in and out of during relaxation and sleep.

In this state, the conscious mind is less active, which allows us to communicate more directly with the subconscious mind. This is where we have the ability to heal old wounds, reprogram neural pathways, calm the nervous system, and create emotional and behavioural change. Hypnotherapists induce these brainwaves and utilise psychotherapy techniques to help the client achieve their desired alterations.

Hypnotherapy is not mind-control; it is a method of creating profound change and healing through cooperation with the deepest parts of your psyche.
