Natalie offers grounded and therapeutic Yoga and Ayurveda to support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Her work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, including recovery from burnout, anxiety, gut imbalance, hormonal change and periods of deep overwhelm.
Nat’s approach integrates Yoga, Ayurveda, breathwork, somatic awareness, rest practices and therapeutic bodywork to support greater steadiness, clarity, connection and ease.
